After 18 months of hard work and much support from Light Of The World Decatur, GA (where Pastor Williams had faithfully served his spiritual father and Pastor, Bishop Jimmie Lee & Ruth Smith for some 10 years, and a couple of churches here on the coast, and friends (who are now called Friend Of the Vision), We had our first service on June 8, 2003
On January 18, 2004, Pastor Felix Married Jocelyne Bautista, the perfect helpmate for what God had called him to do.
The ministry has definitely had it’s birthing pains, from the building being put up for sell, to buying the building and trying to renovate.
On August 29, 2005 Katrina hit the coast and ripped off the flat top roof and ruined everything inside. God spoke seven days later and said rebuild, with no insurance and no FEMA, just God’s Word.
God sent help from everywhere to accomplish the Word that He had sent out: a total of 13 States that sent teams especially for us.
We reopened our doors on May 7, 2006. God has blessed us to be a Multi-Cultural and Multi-Ethnic Congregation.

We are preparing to break ground for our Children and Youth facility. This building will enable us to have a much greater impact on the growing and maturing Grace Family. We are also in the process of opening a food bank. Our hearts are grieved when we walk the streets of the Community and find out that some of our neighbors choose between food and medication. With GraceACT (Evangelism Ministry), we are determined to “go in to all the world” street by street and proclaim the love of God.
We endeavor to become the dwelling place of God. We have on-site prayer everyday. Positioning ourselves to receive the blessing explosion that is about to happen.
